Today I would like to share with you Matthew 6:21&24, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” What is the treasure of your heart? Is it the Lord or is it worldly things? We need to recognize that when the Lord is the treasure of our heart, when He is everything, the center of our marriage, the center of our family, then everything will be put into place as we need. Many times we want to put other things 1st and it causes an upheaval in our families, in our walk with the Lord, in our marriage. Mammon is money, and money is just a tool. But when we become a slave to the money is when we have the problem. Let the Lord be the King, Treasure and Master and you will find His way is better. My challenge is to surrender everything to the Lord and let Him lead you.
