Psalm 73:21-24

Today I would like to share with you Psalm 73:21-24, “Thus my heart was grieved, and I was vexed in my mind. I was so foolish and ignorant; I was like a beast before You. Nevertheless, I am continually with You; You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward, receive me to glory.” This reflects so much of how we are in sin and then come to Jesus, how we grow in Jesus and long for the day to be forever in the presence of the Lord. It impacts so deeply the truth of how we were so ignorant and acting like wild beasts before the Lord not knowing His grace and mercy. Being given over to our fleshly desires looking so desperately to fill the void. It is by God’s grace and mercy we have been made free through Jesus Christ crucified on the cross and risen from the dead. Take time today to reflect on the precious price Jesus has paid for you, give praise and thanks to the Lord for all that He has done for you and how He has transformed you. May you grow deeper with the Lord each day, that you know the love of the Lord more every day.
