Today I would like to share with you Psalm 21:13, “Be exalted, O Lord, in Your own strength! We will sing and praise Your power.” I shared this with you today to think about what it really means to praise God for His power. First, we do not truly understand the greatness of God’s power. We only understand a little bit of the awesome power of God. My challenge to you is to take some time to really look at the awesome power of God, when you begin to study this you will truly understand what it means to praise the Lord for His power. God who created everything is able to transform your character to be like Him. God is able to heal all things great and small. The power of God overcomes death and hell. Second, to sing about God’s power. We sing about his power all the time, it comes down to we do not realize we are. Look at the song “Awesome God” by Rich Mullins. Walk in the power of God as you sing praises to the Lord.
