Today I would like to share with you Proverbs 29:1, “He who is often rebuked, and hardens his neck, will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.” How many times do we know the right thing to do, but do not do it. The reality is none of us like to be corrected, but it is good for us. When you find yourself getting corrected by the Lord, or people who are correcting you in love, because they love the Lord, do not let your stubbornness take over. Take the correction in love with humility and grow. The alternative, fighting against God’s correction, brings destruction.
