Today I would like to share with you Habakkuk 1:3-4, “Why do You show me iniquity, and cause me to see trouble? For plundering and violence are before me; there is strife, and contention arises. Therefore the law is powerless, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; therefore perverse judgment proceeds.” The world is getting crazy. It can seem scary, but the Lord holds all things together and we are to fight in the spirit. 2nd Corinthians 10:3-6 tells us, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.” Ask the Lord to show you how to fight in the spirit. Ask the Lord to show you what strongholds are in your life that need to be torn down. As you see the chaos of this world and and fear growing stronger in the world remember to always bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Jesus. May you always walk uprightly before the Lord even in these days of chaos.
