That you try and try but no fruit is produced? You tell yourself I’ll do better next time just to make the same mistakes, just to fall back into the same traps? You need to remove the accursed thing in your life so you can stand firm against the enemy of your soul. In the case of Achan, he took beautiful garments, silver and a large wedge of gold, when he was clearly told by God that all the items of the Amorites were to be destroyed. Like Achan, have you found yourself attracted to something or someone, only to find that the item or the person is more trouble than you expected? Even on an another level of being attracted to sin, knowing it will cause you to fail before the enemy of your soul? Remember, Satan’s goal is to kill, steal and destroy. Ask the Lord to remove the distraction that captivates you, that you may have victory in the Lord.
