Today I would like to share with you Ezekiel 3:10, “Moreover He said to me: ‘Son of man, receive into your heart all My words that I speak to you, and hear with your ears.” I share this today with you as an encouragement, always be sensitive to what the Lord is telling you. When you are reading the Word of God, think about how you can apply it to your life. Let it go into your heart and wash you clean. We are transformed by the washing of the Word. Think about the times that the Lord has spoken to you and changed your character to reflect His. When we allow the Word of God to take root in our heart We learned to kill the flesh, we learned to walk in the Spirit, we learn to reflect the love of Jesus, we learn to be like Christ. When we allow God’s word to take root in our heart the old us dies with all its nasty habits and the new us is born alive in the Spirit, growing fruit that is of the Holy Spirit, peace, love, joy, gentleness, mercy, kindness, self control, patience.
