2nd Timothy 2:3-4

Today I would like to share with you 2nd Timothy 2:3-4, “You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.” What does it mean to endure? To give it all we have. We need to understand that we fight a spiritual enemy that hates everything about us. We must be in prayer, in the Word and in fellowship. We must not get entangled in the spirit of this world. Keep your eyes on Jesus, hold loosely to this world, preach Jesus crucified, resurrected, and coming again. Make sure you are doing what the Lord told you to do, redeeming the time, for the days are evil. Do not get discouraged or distracted.
